My sum of your app:
Cheerful with other people, to make them happy; hide shyness
but alone, when not need influence others, calm, serious, pessimist
Constantly changing
"I hate conflict unless it's in stories"
"anything with some attitude, and yet heart"
romantic

Several songs came to mind as possibilites. I was trying pick from The Story of the Kalender Prince, Ruslan and Ludmilla Overture, The Last Farewell and Swan Lake Finale. The Blue Danube came to mind but it seems somehow doesn't seem energetic enough for your hyper side, and seems more laid back than you describe yourself.

One thing you outlined a lot was your randomness, or the state of always changing from different extremes. The Last Farewell doesn't seem as changing as the other ones, and doesn't have as much attitude, I think. So Kalender, Ruslan, and Finale are left.

Kalender seems quite solemn and even pessimistic in a way, but has an attitude about it, along strangely with a kind of gentleness. It doesn't seem cheerful exactly.

Ruslan and Ludmilla does have quite a bit of action and energy and even sounds cheerful at times. It also changes quite a bit in its song, going from quiet and mellow to loud excitement constantly. Also has tones of exciting romance.

Swan Lake Finale also has a solemnity to it and pessimism through a lot of the song, but seems more idealistic than Kalender, especially at the end. It is also quite intense, but it doesn't quite have as much of that attitude you lean toward.

I was thinking I would need two songs to describe you so I'm going for Ruslan and Ludmilla Overture and The Story of the Kalender Prince. The former has a lot of action, energy, even fieryness - it's dreamy in a way but it has maturity and has hints of thoughtfulness and quiet. But what best represents your quiet, solitary, pessimistic nature is the latter song: it has a very similar drama and attitude as the first, but seems kind of sad at points, even political with the song's complexity. Both of them have heart, both of them are unconstant, and both have aspects of exhuberance and quietness. Ruslan doesn't seem to have conflict, more like excitement and adventure, and while Kalender has lots of conflict, it's presented in a way that sounds like a story, and not in a positive light (the conflict sounds nervous or frightening rather than fun).
