Night > Day xD

That's a good movie, too... D:

I see Affection and Fear. I see fear a bit more, though, as to so much doubt and worry. Worry of others such as not wanting to bother them or a "habit of running away"...

I can see why the two above stated Disappointment, too. I stand by what I said though ^^'

I love that movie. <3 I like the Ramayana bits, too, since I lived in India for a while. It's nice to see Indian culture portrayed decently accurately in Hollywood movies. And that movies is just SO pretty!

^^ Thanks for the votes!

^^ I was a fan of the book as a child, so it was sort of a requirement to see the movie. XDD Believe it or not...I actually like the movie a little better. (Blasphemy!) I got one of the VHS when it came out...it came with a replica of the locket from the movie. XD But that locket's long gone now, it was sort of cheap and broke. And yeah, it was pretty cool, although I'm less of a traveler than my parents. I really need to screencap it one of these days and make a batch of icons with it...

I've not read the book, at least I don't recall reading it. Unless it was in a mush of books I read and no longer remember the title to -- which is likely. XD! Wow, the movie better than the book? Le gasp! Rare to hear such a thing!

o.o That's pretty cool - save for the cheap-broke part ^^;

Aah. You should. Then post them in various places so that others may become curious as to what the movie is - then watch it and enjoy it themselves.

Well, that's my personal opinion. I like how it's more heavily influenced by Indian culture, and the ending is completely different...more dramatic in the movie. (In the book, Sara's father really IS dead, and the old man next door just happened to be a business partner of Sara's Dad in years past and adopts her because...well....I can't remember, actually. I suppose he just felt bad for her situation.) I'll admit that the movie's almost cliche when it comes to the 'happy ending' situation, but since that's the part of the movie that always makes me cry...the book feels anti-climatic to me now. XD;; The book has some nice moments in it, though. I can remember a scene where Sara feels slightly annoyed after having been interrupted while reading because it was like waking from a dream, which struck a cord with me as a kid because that was always a pet peeve of mine. XD; ...Man, now i'm rambling.

Yeah, it was REALLY nice having it. ^^ Particularly since as a kid I was obsessed with lockets. (...Still kind am, really. Hee.)

Oooh, that ( ... )

Ahh, gotcha. X_X Eee, that's sad. LOL I think I should search for this book m'self. See if our library has it. LOL! I don't mind the rambling! I did bring it up after all, no? And yeah, it does seem likely to like something more when you can relate to it so much ^^

xD Lockets are awesome, though all of mine - my few - are empty.

XD Precisely
