Nagayan stared at the wall further away and cursed life. He hated hotels. The bed he was lying on was hard and the sheets were like paper, every time he moved he was sure everyone on the floor woke up to the rustling. Thus, since he had gone to bed he had not been able to move and was lying quite uncomfortably on his side.
The day had been quite nice, in fact. On arriving he’d been tired, but the city had been so full of life that even Nagayan had had the energy to walk around all day, tough he couldn’t make himself visit any of the museums. He had fallen in love with the little cafés on every street - very Italian, as he had learned. Florence was a city of dreams for him, he was sure he could stay there for weeks without getting bored!
But he hated hotels.
He sighed and tried turning on his stomach. The rustling was loud enough to wake up the whole city, and he found lying on his stomach even more uncomfortable. Feeling extremely childish and stubborn, he turned on his back.
Which, he noted, was as bad. He rolled back on his side and glanced at the clock. 2:13. Nagayan sighed dramatically and was about to turn back on his back when he felt a warm body press against his own.
“Takashi, it’s not that bad. Sleep.” Tuti murmured and Nagayan could hear the smile trough the words. Grumbling, he finally decided to stay on his side and leaned against Tuti’s chest.
Well. Perhaps it isn’t, he thought when Tuti put an arm around him and he felt the other mans breath slowing down again.
