I hate radioshack. It's a mismanaged piece of electronic hell. What can't you find in radioshack? well for starters a competent salesperson. Aside from that, its quite probably that whatever you might be looking for, either they're out of stock, they dont carry it, or they flat out dont know what it is (most likely if you're not looking for

i'd have to say that you are correct. i authorize those replacements for Radio Shack and have worked for them as a customer support phone agent for about 4 years. the service plans are a joke at best. i'd never buy any high end electronics from Radio Shack, only batteries and adapters. that's our bread and butter anyway.
