BASE:
I'm sure the cap is from (now long gone) disparue.org, but I don't know from which episode, so forgive me, though you know, it's not really important in this case.

!!
I don't remember if I've prepared my base, but if I did, I've done it my usual way:
base -> white blobs -> base on multiply -> al merged on screen 100% -> screen 40% -> multiply 40% -> all merged softlight 50%.

Anyway, this is where I start from:

I've added a lightblue blob on the left side of my icon and set it on overlay 100%

At this point I've added a #c7b299/trasparent gradient on screen 100%

Duplicate the base and drag it on top on softlight (SHADOOOOWS)

Add a vibrance layer, here's up to you, on my image I've to add 93 on vibrance and none to saturation

A color balance layer with these numbers (basically I wanted more blue-violet tint)
MIDTONES: 52 / 62 / 31
SHADOWS: -65 / -27 / 34

A new color fill layer with this green #536d16 set on soft light 100%

Now, I've added some blobs, a beige one on the left side that's set on screen:

And then, on a new layer I've added two, a yellow one and a green one, to smudge them I use the gaussian blur on radius 4, which works better for me, but do as you prefer!

Copy all merged layer and paste, then contrast as you like!
DONE!
