I've met lots of people who have, both collectively and individually, transformed my life. And I've continued to know a few people who have done the same. I started this year hoping that I'd finally be able to let go of some things, but doing nothing to help. But I think I learnt a lot by and in the process.

I'm going to write more this year. I'm going to read more, too. Hopefully we're going to finish the album, and get it out there (somewhere). Most of all, I'm going to hold onto people, at a point at which it would be all too easy to let them dissipate, geographically or emotionally or whatever.

I'm not going to stop missing the past, but I'm going to try and do it in such a way that informs the present and gives me something to do with the future.

I'm going to see more of you, too.

The year is apparently new. Have a good one.
