'hey babe, sorry can't pick u up today. Already at school finishing up some project with my team. C u at school <333~'
Leeteuk frowned. It has been their normal routine; Kangin would pick Leeteuk up and walk together to school, or by a bicycle. If Kangin's dad let him, sometimes Kangin would even bring a car. So to walk to school alone was…
He sighed and decided to just get ready. It was drizzling outside so he grabbed his umbrella. But just after a few steps from his apartment the previously light rain turned into a storm. Just his luck.
There was a sudden burst of a song he recognized as his ringtone. Struggling to keep his umbrella in one hand, he finally managed to get a hold of his cell and just about to press the 'yes' key when suddenly two figures wearing raincoats and riding a bicycle heading towards him with full speed. Just as quickly as they appeared, they disappeared - after snatching Leeteuk's cell phone.
The owner of the said phone didn't even realize what was happening but when his senses finally kicked in he let out a girly squeaked of 'my phone!!' and ran to catch the offending criminals.

---

By the time he reached school, he was already, very, very late and the gate was locked. Why was the gate locked?! He gripped the bars and tried to looked past the heavy rain; it wasn't easy with the water fell down on his umbrella like a waterfall. There wasn't any living thing around his range of vision. It seemed like the whole school occupants were sheltering inside the building, maybe feeling warm and snug. Not even the school security was there. Sighing heavily, he did the only thing possible; climbing the gate. This turned out to be the worst idea ever. He kept slipping and falling - he wasn’t that good at physical activity - but after ten minutes of hell he passed through. Cheering his victory but quickly scrambled inside the building when a thunder suddenly roared above him.
When he reached inside he was literally soaked to the bone. He mentally slapped himself for not going home instead of climbing that damned gate.
"Teukie-yah, there you are. Why didn't you pick up my calls- hey, you're dripping wet." Kangin, seemingly out of nowhere, showed up and examined his boyfriend's appearance for the first time that day. "I like it. It's sexy." and he actually did a wolf-whistle after his statement.
Leeteuk merely rolled his eyes, so used to his boyfriend's perverted jokes. "Why are you here? Shouldn't you be in class?"
"Speak for yourself. You were practically missing the whole morning. Couldn't even reach you on the phone."
My phone, Leeteuk thought suddenly remembering the last morning incident. He began to tear up thinking about the unfortunate fate of his dear cell phone.
"H-hey, what's wrong? Come here babe." The bulky boy hugged his boyfriend tight, patting his back and not even minding that he was getting wet, too.
Leeteuk sobbed pathetically while relating his story about the two punks who stole his cell phone. Kangin kept comforting him and finally suggested that he changed his uniform before he catch a cold.
They ended up skipping classes until lunch hour, curling up together in the locker room.
"Tomorrow's your birthday," Leeteuk made a humming sound of acknowledgement, "do you want something in particular?"
There was silence - Leeteuk already nodding off to sleep in the warm embrace of Kangin. Then a soft "I dunno… Just. Stay here. By my side…" Leeteuk finally continued. He snuggled even further into Kangin as if to make a point to his sentence.
Leeteuk could feel Kangin chuckled. "We're practically joined at the hip."
After a minute of silence, the smaller whispered "I love you, Kangin."
"I love you too…"
And that was the last thing he heard before drifting off to sleep.

---

"You look ridiculous wandering around in that thing."
He had just set his tray on the table and Heechul already made a snarky remark on him. He just sighed - he was sure he would be sighing a lot this day.
"Shut up, Chul. He had had a bad day. Don't add anymore headache." Kangin defended from beside him. Heechul only shrugged.
"We were supposed to have math together this morning, where the hell were you?"
"I was chasing some brats who stole my cell phone and then I was soaked so I borrowed Kangin's gym clothes which apparently way too big for me and then I fell asleep in the locker room."
Heechul stared at him blankly.
Kyuhyun chose that particular moment to show up with Sungmin clung to his hand and with pink bunny clung to Sungmin's hand. Kyuhyun stared.
"Teuk-hyung you're drowned in that thing, why are you wearing that?"
Kangin looked about ready to strangle the younger. Leeteuk took a deep breath.
"Some brats took my cell when I was on my way here and by the time I got here I was totally soaked so I wear Kangin's gym shirt but then I fell asleep in the locker room." He answered in one breath, not even realizing that he gave off unnecessary information. Sungmin hugged his hyung and pat his back to show his sympathy.
"Bunny said he's sorry too." Kangin's left eye twitched at Sungmin's statement. How did he even know that the bunny is a 'he'?
"Guuuuuuuys! Guess what guess what- oh, wow teukie-hyung..." Donghae halted his news bearing upon seeing his hyung. "Aaaaaah! Leeteuk-hyung shrunk! The aliens must've kidnapped him and did an experiment on him!" He launched at Leeteuk but Kangin shoved him before he managed to. Leeteuk sighed again, irritated.
Siwon, who had finally taken a liking to hang out around the disastrous group of friends, showed up with Kibum in tow.
"Leeteuk-hyung, your shirt is too big." Leeteuk threw a chopstick at him.

---

"Remind me again why we're here."
Kangin said, left eye twitching at all the stuffs around him.
"I... don't know either." Eunhyuk replied, also in the same state.
"To buy Leeteukie-hyung's birthday present, of course." Lee Sungmin stated as if it was the most obvious thing in the universe.
They were inside a store that selling stuffed toys. But that's not what made the two boys dumbstruck. It was that the whole room was blindingly... pink. Almost all the stuffed toys were pink, or red, or white or other girly colors.
"Hyung, are you sure we're going to get his present here?"
"Of course, dummy. Girls like dolls and pink stuffs."
"... Leeteuk-hyung is not a girl." Eunhyuk informed helpfully. Sungmin paid him no heed and already in search of the present.
"How about this one?" Sungmin hold a stuffed bunny similar to his in front of Eunhyuk and Kangin's faces.
"... Isn't that the same as the one you have?"
"It's not! This one is a girl."
Kangin's left eye twitched even more.

---

"Leeteuk-hyung!"
Ryeowook called Leeteuk who were busy looking for something inside his bag.
"Oh, hi Wookie. Going home?" he said looking up for a moment before going back to his current activity.
"Yes. What are you doing, hyung?"
"I kind of lost my wallet..." He replied distractedly while still fumbling with the contents of his bag. Ryeowook waited patiently for him to give up. He finally did.
"Ah! Where is it?!" He screamed in frustration and threw his hands up. But in the end he just sighed tiredly and looked up at Ryeowook with slightly teary eyes.
"It's official. I lost my wallet."
"I know. I'm sorry to hear that, hyung." He pat Leeteuk's back, not looking a slightest bit sorry like what he just said. "Have you looked for it in school? Maybe you dropped it somewhere."
Leeteuk shook his head sadly. "I did. I've been on it for the last 2 hours. Still can't find it."
"Let's just go home. Maybe you left it at home?"
"Maybe..." but it was very unlikely because he remembered putting it in his bag this morning. "You're going home alone? Not with Yesung?" He asked to distract himself from mourning over his very bad luck that day.
"Yesung is preparing for your sur-" Ryeowook quickly shut his mouth before the word 'surprised birthday party' came out of his mouth. He was not that good of an actor, it seemed. "I mean, for the upcoming festival. I mean, music. Music festival. Yeah, haha..."
Leeteuk, being Leeteuk, didn't suspect anything suspicious from the way his dongsaeng tumbled around his words. "Oh... How come I don't know anything about it?" He asked, more to himself.
"It's a solo performance." Ryeowook quickly added. "They don't need a pianist. Just. Just Yesung. Where's Kangin-hyung?"
"Kangin said he got to teach Kyuhyun mathematics equations for this month olympiad." Oh, that's not suspicious AT ALL. Stupid Kangin-hyung, Ryeowook thought.
"Math olympiad?"
"Yeah."

---

"Let's just grab any random things and get outta here before someone we know spot us and make us the laughing stock for one whole year." Eunhyuk suggested impatiently. His hands were itching and his hair was standing from all of the girliness around him.
Kangin saw a raccoon plushie. It was just the right size to cuddle and it was cute. And decidedly not pink.
"I think this one is perfect." He said smilingly picking up the toy to his face. "Leeteuk sure will like you. He'd put you in his room and snuggled to you when he goes to sleep. Don't you think so?" He asked the toy.
"Kangin-hyung, dolls don't talk." Sungmin shook his head at his hyung behavior. "I think the stress got to him." He looked down at his pink bunny. "Right, bunny?"
Eunhyuk could do nothing but facepalmed.

---

Leeteuk was dreaming about Kangin and a happy picnic in his deep slumber when suddenly something cold touched his upper lip. And he opened his eyes to a figure resembled Yesung touching his lips. And it turned out to be a real Yesung.
"Teuk. Teuk. Wake up."
Leeteuk sat up and rubbed the haziness from his eyes, that was when he realized Yesung wasn't the only uninvited guess in his room. Heechul was rummaging through his closet, searching for God knows what.
"What's it?" he asked hoarsely.
"Kangin got into an accident he's in the hospital now we gotta hurry."
Leeteuk's mind drew a blank and he just stared at Yesung as if the boy had just grown another head. "W-what?"
"Kangin. Accident. Hospital. Now." Heechul snapped at him and threw him his jacket. And then the two were out of the room.
Leeteuk finally caught up with the situation. His heart was beating painfully hard against his ribs. He tried his best to wear his jacket with trembling hands and simultaneously ran for the door. He fell out of bed in the process but all he could think was that Kangin was hurt and he got to get to him right then. He didn't even wonder how the others managed to get into his rented apartment in the first place.
He finally managed to get out of his room just as Sungmin and Donghae burst through the front door.
"Hyung!" The two said, face full of tears.
"What happened?" Heechul, who were waiting in the living room with Yesung, asked the boys who were currently soaking Yesung's shirt with their tears and mucus.
"K-Kangin-hyung... They couldn't save him... H-he's..."
"He's gone. Hyung he's gone!" Donghae finished Sungmin's sentence and went back to cry his eyes out.
Leeteuk was shaking hard. He didn't realize it himself but he was already crying. He shook his head, refusing to believe the news delivered to him.
"No... No no no... Kangin can't be- he, he couldn't. You liar!"
Donghae rushed forward to catch his almost passed out hyung, Leeteuk just let Donghae hold him. "No no no..." he kept repeating it. The younger almost tumbled down the floor for Leeteuk having lost all of his remaining strength, leaving Donghae to support all of his body weight.
Leeteuk barely registered Donghae's hands leaving him, replaced by another set of strong hands circled around him, holding him upright.
"Sssh... Teukie, I'm here. Don't worry, I'm here."
Leeteuk whipped his head around and found himself in no other than Kangin's famous bear hug with the said man smiling down softly at him.
Hankyung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum and Kyuhyun came out of the kitchen area bringing a big cake and the whole room occupants started singing.
"HAPPY BIIIIRTHDAY LEETEUK~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEETEUK~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY..." They trailed off when Leeteuk only cried harder and buries his head in Kangin's neck. He had a death grip on his boyfriend's shirt.
"Ssh, Teuk-ah I'm here..." Kangin kept murmuring and kissing his lover's temple. The others looked at each other silently asking what to do next with this turn of event. They didn't expect Leeteuk to be this shaken up by their surprise. It was Heechul who finally snapped first.
"Yah! Stop being a crybaby and eat the cake!" Everyone jawdropped at Heechul's witty remark. Hankyung slapped him on the back.
Leeteuk finally ceased his crying a little bit, turned around sobbing and rubbing his eyes, very much like a five year old.
"I hate you all. You guys will get it later." he said in between sniffs and everyone laughed in relief. Donghae, Ryeowook and Sungmin - and his pink bunny - dragging a protesting Kyuhyun to give the birthday boy a group hug, the other followed suit.

---

"Were you worried about me?"
The two were sitting comfortably on Leeteuk's couch, having eaten all the cake - but mostly it was just Shindong who did. The other were scattered around the room, chatting, playing video games, or doing other things.
"Like hell I was worried! You just sucessfully cut 10 years out of my life. And this morning was already the worst morning ever, too. You guys just had to do that, don't you." Leeteuk slapped his shoulder and pouted. Kangin chuckled.
"And why was this morning worst?"
Leeteuk huffed. "I lost my phone, remember? And my wallet, too."
"No you didn't." Kangin told him lightly. Leeteuk frowned. "What?" Kangin dig something from his jeans pocket and hand them to Leeteuk. Leeteuk frowned even more.
"Aren't these mine?" He eyed the phone and the wallet, indeed they were his.
"Donghae and Eunhyuk stole the phone from you this morning. And Kyuhyun, I don't even know how he got your wallet." Leeteuk whined and began slapping him repeatedly, Kangin laughed.
"Anyway, I got something for you." He got up and headed to the kitchen area to retrieve his present. Leeteuk following his movement with big eyes. Kangin, grinning widely, hid the present behind his back - not quite successfully because of the size of the thing.
"Tada~" He said for dramatic effect, revealing the raccoon plush which he had bought earlier, didn't even bother to wrap it up. Leeteuk squealed and grabbed the raccoon, cuddling it to his chest.
"Waaaa Kangin it's so cute! Thank you!" You're cute too, Kangin thought with slightly blushing cheeks. He repressed the urge to hug the smaller one and maybe breaking his bone or two.
Leeteuk examined his present then looked up at Kangin. "He looks like you."
"...really?" Kangin's left eye started twitching. He didn't want to know how Leeteuk identified the raccoon as a 'he'. He just hoped his boyfriend won't develop the ability to talk to stuffed animals like Sungmin did.
"He is!"Leeteuk insisted. "I will name him Kangin Junior!" Kangin nearly fell out of his seat in shock. Heechul did fall out his seat in a series of laughter.
"Hahahaha... Kangin Junior, he said it's Kangin Junior! Hahaha..."
The other boys - saved for Sungmin - who apparently had directed their attentions to the couple also burst out laughing at the sexual innuendo that one seemingly innocent sentence hold. Even Kibum laughed hard.
"Why Kangin Junior? It's not cute at all!" Sungmin protested. This, only made the other boys laughed harder.
"Teukie, I don't mind at all if you named it after me, but Kangin 'Junior'-" he emphasized the word junior, "-is a little too... inappropriate."
"Why is it inappropriate?" Sungmin asked from across the living room. Everybody was too busy laughing to answer.
The meaning finally registered fully on Leeteuk and he blushed a nice color of pink and shoved Kangin.
"Not THAT Kangin!" He shouted. Everyone was already sprawled on the floor in tears at this point. Sungmin just couldn't comprehend what was happening.
"Why is it inappropriate?!"
