Overall, the whole eclipse thing is kinda lame. Really, lets just stop them in the middle of all their plots and have them wait for a super long time to get their powers back. Ugh. Are eclipses really that long? And, for that matter, that frequent? It's like one every other episode, and I've never seen an eclipse in over 17 years. Yet, here there are two, only a couple years apart. Meh, I'm just dwelling on the stupid stuff.
Claire was being annoying and her training with HRG was oddly ... squick. Like cesty, but not, since they're not actually related. But at the same time, it wasn't the normal Heroes mmm-cest. It's like ... ugh. Although it was midly amusing that while people everywhere lose their powers, what's Claire doing? Bonding time with daddy dearest. Sort of.
Mo sliding out of his cocoon naked and him Maya-stalking were the only two things that even remotely caught my attention about his storyline. Although I do hope that his side affects from his silly experiment will be gone. Skin peeling? Not hot. Sorry Mo.
The car rental thing was amusing. And silly Sylar and Elle, making out in front of a window. Plus, looks like Arthur isn't the only one who's voyeuristic when it comes to Syelle ... HRG likes it too. Although, he likes it cuz it makes them easier to kill, whereas Arthur, as mentioned in a previous post, just wants evil Petrelli babies.
Claire getting shot instead of HRG was oddly not as sweet as it could/would/should have been. Then again, maybe I'm just subconsciously comparing it to Zuko doing that for Katara in Avatar (Zutara is love) but eck. Anyway, it didn't have the same affect. It did really just feel like her being stupid again, instead of some heroic ... thing. Which is weird.
The Peter-Nathan + Hatian thing didn't do it for me. I dunno why. It should have, but it didn't. I didn't really like it. Granted, I missed the first few minutes, so I didn't quite get what was going on. Although the Hatian popping up just as their powers disappear was awkward. And Nathan getting caught as a scapegoat (not sure if that's the right word). On a completely unrelated note, why does the word "scapegoat" always make me think of "Capricorn"?
Matt/Daphne just gets sweeter by the episode, and Daphne's secret ... gaw. Character development/revealing makes me happy. :) So wait, she can't even walk without her power? Makes me wonder ... did she know about the eclipse? And is her disability the reason why she's so willing to use her powers so much? Well I mean, in comparison to say, Tracy, who was completely freaked out by it and tried to kill herself.
Speaking of Tracy, I don't really like her. She seemed cool at first, and at certain moments, but now she's just back to being a politician. At least Nikki was awesome and had an awesome son and such. Ugh.
Haven't had time for computer stuff lately. Maybe in December.
