Had an action packed weekend... that left my muscles screaming in protest.

Fri 31 Jul:After the jog, Hubba and I went for late night dinner and then midnight show of "The Hangover". Thank goodness the show was hilarious enough to keep us awake, for we were actually nodding off at dinner and regretting the purchase of the movie tickets ( Read more... )

Went for a walk with my Kenshin together with my mum after dinner just now. Decided to use the Nike+ to track our distance again. The result was amazing! Never realised that I actually covered so much ground with my dog each time...

The heat is really terrible this time, even though it has always been hot at this time of the year for the past few years. I possibly didn’t suffer so badly from it, coz during the first couple of weeks back from Hokkaido when it started turning hot, I was down with the flu and ( Read more... )
