Umm, ok.

I am a Top-hat.

I'm a bit of a jack-of-all-trades; creative, in a stylistic sort of way, a little vain, a little dark, perhaps a little archaic. I get on alright with people, but I can take them or leave them. What Sort of Hat Are You?

I spent about an hour yesterday trying on clothes I left at the bottom of drawers years ago expecting never to fit into again with delighted squeaking! I also found some clothes that should be thrown away because they're all ripped and frayed and have bleach stains on them. Why do I not have the heart to throw away clothes that I used to love but will never be able to wear again? Silly nostalgic hannah. There's another load of clothes I sadly put away which I can root through and be happy about :)

I haven't eaten that much chocolate yet today. Only about half a bag of mini eggs. I have an egg from chris and a chocolate 'piggylicious' from dad. Because, you see, when Jesus was on the cross there was a pig, and lo it saith unto the Lord "oink" and the Lord was pleased. Pigs don't even have anything to do with spring! But they are piggy and cute :) I am a pig.
My loss of weight will not remain if I stuff myself with chocolate. And bacon. Mmmm...chocolate and bacon :) Kind of like cheese and pickle, except not.

Anyway. Yeah. Getting a taxi to Manchester airport at 6.30am tomorrow. Why does all travelling have to happen at extremely antisocial times? Why can't planes take off at 3 in the afternoon instead of 10am? dad claimed that it means we have the rest of the day to appreciate being there, but the plane gets in at 11.55am US time (7 hour flight - 5 hrs time difference) and we'll probably be knackered and travel sore and in no mood to appreciate the new and exciting place we'll be in. Enough whingeing anyway, I'm very excited and everything.

Anyone who wants a postcard leave me your address in a comment or text it to me before 10am tomorrow. Also any requests for american sweeties etc. will be considered and hopefully fulfilled if there aren't too many :)

See you around
