i know i never update this thing anymore and when i do its pretty dull, but oh well. my dad is so cute. they were on their anniversary in maui and he took one of the papers in a pad that the westin hotel leaves on your nightstand and drew her this cute little happy birthday card -
"happy birthday, my little thuy. even though you might be the advanced age of 49, in my eyes youre still 24 like the day i maui'd you."
so cute. i bought them birthday presents yesterday after sats (ugh..dont even wanna talk about those. i think i did worse than the first time. but at least i saw all my old friends again. i love them.) and put down $30. you never know what to get men for their birthday, so i just got my dad some socks. how boring, but he got really excited.
i have a bajillion things to do these next few days and so many approaching deadlines. busy, just the way i like life. but still. i think im skipping my YOUTH TODAY meeting today. its kinda pointless since i have no articles finished and what a waste of gas.
hey, theres probably the greatest concert ever on october 19 with copeland, spill canvas, daphne loves derby, and melee. whoever wants to go should go with me! and possibly drive to SF on a wednesday night with me! i hope my parents let me go otherwise im gonna throw a straight fit. spill canvas and daphne loves derby are my all time favorite bands, other than death cab. i will seriously be kicking and screaming. its only around $15 at the door. im in.
yesterday was bobby and i's 10 month anniversary. we beat the 9 month curse! haha! anyway. im off to scrub some toilets.
