Didn't expect Insects in the woods

I'm very upset. Despite getting on my hands and knees to clean, paying a cleaning lady, the last three sets of guests marked my place down on cleanliness due to bugs. FFS, it's a cottage in the woods. There are bugs. I put about bugs in the listing. When you are near water thee will be spiders, mostly daddy-long-legs, not harmful, they don't bite. Last guy said it was too rustic!
