I only state that we are a Christian home to vet guests who may not be comfortable with whatever they were planning to do here in the state of Colorado in my home."
I joined a user group for Airnb hosts. This lady wanted to share why she includes the fact that she's a "Christian" in her online profile. Just had to share. I gather this is her way of suggestions LGBT folks needn't bother making a reservation. Another host prefers to rent to only one person at a time as she doesn't want people, having sexxors in her house. I pointed out people do masturbate. Evil grin.
I've had 18 guests over the last few weeks, made some money, changed the beds many times. Guests have been friendly, some minor damage to a dresser, but overall a good experience.
