It's going to be a long 10 days
I now have my own Jerry Springer tenants! Dear brother as you know is doing renos on my house. To do so, he sometimes needs to go downstairs to pull wires etc. Tenant knew this. Dear brother always knocks. But if no one was home, he has entered. This was discussed with JSG when they moved in. Til today this was not an issue.
Had an email from JSG,
"Don't have your brother in are home again have camara's with time and dates from yesterday. Charges will be laid nexted. You have been warned"(sic)
OMG - spy camera! Now I'z spechul!
Laughs, I posted him the link to what the rules are re entry and how I have always abided by them and btw you do know you are moving out on Jan 31st before noon.
Am annoyed with myself for renting to him, but live and learn. You can't always know when they are going to be a jerk.
