Despite being given over a week to get it ready, the blackberry administrator managed to foul up the temporary that I picked up yesterday. This is to replace the new one I was given the week before that has had serious problems since day 1.  Email is not working, password into special app decided to change itself after an hour. Good thing I backed up my contacts to my laptop.
It would help if work would hire people who understood technology.
