Icy Christmas?
We are expecting a mega ice storm over the next two days. Just in time for Christmas! I've just been planning an alternative dinner in case my oven isn't available. I have a gas cooker, however the oven is controlled electronically.

Shrimp Bisque
Steak Diane
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
Cheese and Fruit
Mince Tarts, Lemon Squares ? Trifle if dear brother gets it made
I'm off to work shortly. Must sort all the patients so that they can get by for a day or two without visits. One palliative guy is so sweet, he didn't want to bother me. I'd called to say I'd come to set up a new medication to deal with a serious symptom. As he had a visit for another med change thingy Sunday, he thought I didn't need to bother today. Wish some of the jerks who are so demanding with minor things might have a tenth of his consideration.
