I was in K-Mart the other day, and noticed that they have insulated drapes.  The price was decent, but they seem more aimed at colder climates.  Common sense would suggest that anything that insulates would work regardless of hot or cold, but I know I've been wrong before, and figured here would be a good place to ask.
