Change will be occuring.

6 months of hard work, dedication, and healthy living to make a better livestyle for the future.

List of things to do:

1.Foodwise
a. fast food only once a week
b. bring lunch at least three days a week to school
c. no more than 20 ounces of pop a day
d. no eating after 9PM
2. Working Out
a. Work out 3 times a week (30 minutes)
3. Maintance and grooming
a. Brush teeth 3 times a day
b. Shower every morning
c. Maintain eyebrows
d. Leave the house with decent hair
4. Lifestyle changes
a. No more than 2 loads of laundry waiting to be washed
b. Keep car clean
c. Water plants regularly
d. Keep gas above a quarter of a tank
e. Wake up with enough time to accomplish all morning chores (only hit sleep 2-3 times)

GOALS: (Ultimate CHOICE!)
1. Lose 30 pounds to reach goal weight.
2. Have a healthier, energy filled livestyle.
3. Appear more professional to the outside world.
4. LIve a more organized lifestyle.

The Pretty Bird will start at midnight on January 1, 2005.
