Buffy sat nervously in the waiting room at the Happy Time Temporary Services. After striking out with getting jobs at anywhere besides the DoubleMeat Palace, she had decided it was time to try the temping scene. Another girl was in the waiting room as well, looking uncomfortable with what she was wearing.
“God I hate waiting,” the girl muttered towards her.
There was silence for a while longer before a woman walked out. She took a look at both of them, and then called out…
“Georgia Lass?”
The other girl stood.
“I’m Delores Herbig, as in her big brown eyes.”
