Very pretty ... sad. I don't speak French, either, so it actually carries the meaning for me, since I intentionally didn't look up what the sentance meant.

Oh, and Gabrielle - Fleur d'Lacoeur's (I definitely spelt that wrong) little sister - the person she would have "lost" in the merpeople challenge in the Triwizard Tournament.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. I'm a little worried, myself; summer nights was meant to be a happy challenge, I think. I seem to be able to get angst out of anything.
