Cosfest 2012 x TQP/Salty Tiramisu [7-8 July 2012]
Cosfest was fun, even though I didn’t manage to produce anything new to be sold. I’ve been busy the past few months since I started working back in February..
I haven’t been able to draw much lately, and most of my sketches don’t seem satisfactory to me. =/a.. But through Cosfest, I found that drawing is not something that I can give up easily. It’s something that actually affects my mood, haha.

So Cosfest itself was a new experience for me. I’ve only been there as a customer before, but tabling there this time around (with dear chibimeli) was rewarding. Never mind that I didn’t have new prints on sale, the crowd was good and everyone was friendly. The cosplayers made me very envious of them... Everyone worked hard for their costumes!! *w*)//
My Burger King breakfast on both days... Super yummy!! 8D
I was very happy to see more less popular series being cosplayed. Also, the older series.
I loved the fact that she got the kitty!! X3 From [Kiki’s Delivery Service]~ I never got to watch that movie... oTL;;
Finally, I got a photo of Natsume and Nyanko-sensei!! 8D T’was too cute..!
I was eye-ing this small group of Ouran cosplayers during most of Sunday. Meli helped me snag a photo with them. oTL..! Honey was adorable and friendly, Mori was.. Unexpectedly so cool-looking! Tamaki was funny.. They make me want to cosplay Haruhi... Sobs. Guys, do you have space and an extra blazer for Haruhi for the next event..? ;v;)/..?
Cosfest also hosted the Asian Cosplay Meet Championships. Every country was so well done! Thailand came out tops - congratulations! They were really the best, the costumes and weaponry and set were all done very well. It was like watching a theatre performance.. Ah... Again, I have the urge to perform on a stage..
The event venue had a disco crystal ball at the top.... Random! xD
I would also like to thank everyone who came and said "hi"!! I am very thankful to the support you guys lend me, it is enough to keep me going! ;w;)// ♥

I'm now trying to refresh my art - since I haven't been able to draw much during the first half of the year, I'm taking a break from tabling at cons for the rest of the year. Come 2013, I hope to make another comeback with fresh prints and stocks! :) In the meantime, do look forward to more art from me! (I never stop saying that, LOL!!)
