Starting my exams tomorrow! And have to rewrite my research proposal after that, and then the defense for the exams and the defense for the proposal and the two other papers for the classes I'm taking as well... And today one of my professors suggested I apply for a fellowship to go to the Inter-University Center to improve my Japanese to professional level, which would be awesome but means starting on applications pretty much now >.<
In happy news, though, I won a gift card from my bank and bought a mini ipad!
And a super cheap case from ebay, because I couldn't resist that particular combination of colors :3 (It's missing Goro-chan, though XD) So far it's waaay better for classes and studying than my laptop, which now dies instantly if you don't plug it in. I haven't figured out a perfect solution for syncing fic between the two, though-- I've used Windows' Wordpad for years because it's simple and does italics but almost none of the apps out there support rtf files :P
