Finally got a chance to update VV; more teaser pics!
In other news, what a nightmare the last month has been! Literally whole weeks with no-paint weather and NO ONE on the internet who sells MSC at a reasonable price seems to be in stock right now ;_; I'm starting to get desperate!), lots of stresses over entering training and prescriptions and random stuff (like, I renewed my passport, then R's renewal which was sent at exactly the same time with the exact same submitted details got weirdly denied, demanding all sort of weird id verifications (yearbook picture?? Just admit he's Mexican and you're profiling), and scaring the crap out of me that we'd be out some significant plane fare before it got sorted out), and subsequent stress eating right when I'm tryng to prepare for a big photographed event :P But I've nipped it in the bud (knock on wood), done my best to prepare for everything coming, and am happily painting in the sun. Ugh, lots of unsettling feelings in that period, though.
There were little jewels of good times scattered in there, though! Going backwards, let's see...went on another Shadowrun, this time with pizza party (Dominoes handmade pan pizza is actually pretty yummy! Guess they actually have improved), had a great time at the Cow Palace Tattoo expo and again collected cards for possible future tatting, had a lovely splurge-for-no-reason dinner night at Espetus...unggh smoky meat...went to a lovely birthday day of eating for R's uncle (waffle bar, homemade breakfast sandwiches, yummy posole, tons of sides and fruit and cake...glagahglahglag) and hung out with the fam, saw Zootopia with R's sis (very, very cute. Ach, the tiny hamster town!), had some lovely client exchanges and got some cool writings on paper and had some interesting dreams and theraputic experiences. And my monitor broke and R VERY sweetly got me an awesome new one! No more dead pixels or shite color calibration! Wheeee ^^
Looking forward to...a coupon fueled candy run this weekend (man, going by this log I'm like obsessed with food), maybe the Union Street festival Sunday if I feel like sticking my head out of its hole, Cuernavaca next month (I think we might go rafting too! I don't think we have enough time for any of it honestly but I'm still gonna look into possible tooth fixing, new glasses, hair treatments and other shit I can't afford here :P), geeking out with some new anime friends (it's been FOREVER) viewing horror anime...uhh, maybe Fanime in May?
