I'm feeling like such a stupid and resentful person for this, but for most of the past year I've been working with various members of staff for Anime Evolution about an officially organized cosplay time schedule. I've refused to be staff for two past two-three years, but this time I would help create the schedule even if I had to be staff

That's really tough and sucky and I don't blame you for how you feel at all. You have put a lot of work in it, you have great ideas that are relevant, why not approach her and let her know how you feel, unless she's not the type to talk to? Just a thought. You have invested so much into this project, it is your baby. It would be fair of her to share the credits. It's difficult though when some people prefer to take other's work as their own and don't give credit where it is due. Sucks! Hope you don't mind my comments. : )

No, no, thank you for the reply, actually.

I've just had a bunch of friends message me about this and I may have blown the whole thing out of proportion. It was hard finding out about this a week after it happened 'cause I figured I could have the month off. I just have to gather the courage to talk to her about it, I guess. Apparently I do have people's support on this, especially from those who have seen me work at this.
