Cosplay updates!
Almost done with Len's skirt-- only need the lace to go. XD;;
14 meters of fabric. I sh*t you not. It doesn't even look like a lot, and I need a LOT more tulle for sure to make it puff out the way I want it to... just thinking about the amount of lace I need for trim scares me. Especially when the lace has to be brunched.
Going to the work on the top tomorrow. The front of the top is interlaced, and the back is a faux corset. And then there's the detachable sleeves. I already made the hair ribbon, though (took bloody forever... mostly because of how long it is, and the fact that my thread kept wanting to create ruffles instead of straight lines... which was fantastic for my tulle, but terrible for my hair ribbon 'cause I kept having to yank my ribbon straight before I finished sewing a line...)
I also have pictures of my Kamui coat! XD It looks kinda crappy, but I finished all four pockets! May continue to work on that tomorrow along with Len, and see which one I finish first by Sunday. XD;; I'll put up those pictures tomorrow. :P
After these two outfits is Sakura. XD;; Let's hope my sewing machine decides to stop hating me soon so I can sew normally. 'Cause after Sakura is Tomoyo, and after Tomoyo I have to work on Ciel again. Said I'd finish that in December... haha. And I'm definitely still doing NaNoWriMo this year!
