Today was ...
BossLady called me 'part of the family' when I made a comment about being normally the clutzy one when she spilled something. ♥
Although in regards to clutziness, I now have bruises on the back of both hands and at my elbows as a result of Saturday's seizures. Apparently I was struggling when one of the EMTs tried to stab me with a needle. Can't imagine why. I also have two small burn marks on my right hand which are sore that I can't for the life of me figure out where they came from. o.O
Boss was busy doing things for most of the day, and eventually pulled me into the back to ask me to do some things for him and to ask me not to use the word 'expensive' around customers. (It was last week, and we were talking about a $400 pure marble bench. I'm pretty sure they would have looked at me funny if I *hadn't* agreed that it was expensive.) Although he did laugh when I said that we couldn't put anything else at half-price because the table he wanted them on was full, and called in the back to BossLady that we can't discount anything else because the table is full. I don't usually make him laugh that loud.
Spent most of the day with songs from Tangled stuck in my head. BossLady looked at me funny when I mentioned it, but there was a customer who laughed and wished me luck on getting rid of them as she was leaving. Luckily I had the foresight to stick them on my MP3 player last night, so I got to spend the HOUR AND A HALF waiting for the bus listening to them.
Got hollered at twice while waiting for the bus. I still have no idea why beyond the car of stupid kids being stupid.
Other than that ... managed a short grocery shopping trip so I won't starve to death for the rest of the week, went to Jamba Juice to get rid of a sudden smoothie craving that wouldn't die, and spent a lot of time singing Tangled songs to myself. c.c
As to what I plan to do now ... I have no idea. Probably read. Possibly stare at ADSoR a little.
Ooh, wait. My mini ice cream cones should be refrozen by now.
