One bit of B.S. regarding paleo: the assumption that cavemen didn't have "modern" lifestyle diseases, rather than that they just weren't diagnosed. The paleo diet may end up being a beneficial one, but I refuse to believe that it's a magical silver bullet to cure all my woes.
