yeah, they were fab. :D they put on an excellent live show - they're bouncy and together and gerard way is some kind of showman, seriously. also he looks really cute in a pink feather boa. and his hair is black again. (i liked the platinum, personally.) they did all of welcome to the black parade, had a wee intermission to change their clothes and reset the stage, and then came back out to do some of three cheers for sweet revenge. the audience down on the floor (twitch124 and i had seats) got some mosh pits going and there were a lot of crowd surfers, altho of course security pulled them down. at one point gerard told the crowd "if you drop someone, pick them up." heh. this was their first show since getting sick, and they were definitely into it. the crowd was really good too, with the singing and the arm-waving and the bouncing and all their glowing cell phone screens. a couple of kids farther down our row had lighters, and i felt all nostalgic. there was a nice variety of people - i was not as feared twice as old as half the audience - they were interesting to watch. it's been a long time since i've seen an arena concert. i had a really good time.
