i continue to be embarrassed by my city and wish people would stop referring to the adult swim/athf/mooninite lite-brite thing as a hoax. it was a (misguided) advertising campaign. possibly it was performance art. it wasn't a hoax. and why was boston the only city to call out the bomb squad, anyway? we can't be the only trigger-happy heightened-awareness terrorists-are-out-to-get-us-all city these things were placed in, can we?
it hasn't quite been one of those days, but it has been one of those weeks. and we still haven't gotten any snow. DALLAS had snow. boston? not so much.
things what are good:
1 today is a good hair day [1]
2 last night's supernatural is making me think thots about the ot4 and their various beliefs and lack thereof [2]
3 i have a dining room table [3] and photos of same
4 two lumps
5 i admitted to gnomi last night that i only watched the miniseries of the mists of avalon for the fifteen minutes tony curran is in it, and she didn't think that was weird
i think i want a new lj layout. maybe a nice banner across the top, i dunno.
