snowflake challenge #1
it's snowflake time! i had fun last year, so i'm doing it again, altho i think all my fannishness was concentrated on tumblr over like four months.
Challenge #1 - In your own space, introduce yourself!
hi, fellow snowflakes. ...there's cheese in my fridge that i really want to be eating. smoked gouda. it's yummy. is it too late for cheese? is that a dumb question?
anyway. i'm tsuki-no-bara on lj and dw, tsukinobara on ao3, and babbleismysuperpower on tumblr. because babble really is. also i've been known to bend (and occasionally break) time. i live in greater boston and work at one of the million universities cluttering up the area. i'm an admin, so exciting. i support computer scientists. nerds. :D i actually like working from home, mostly because i HATE the building where my office is on campus. it's... not intuitive.
i have opinions and they're not always nice ones.
past and current fandoms (by which i mean "shit i want to talk to other people about" and "shit i reblog on tumblr") include the old guard, the mcu, killing eve, the good place, spn, buffy, haven, chris evans (he is so a fandom), sebastian stan (ditto), criminal minds, hannibal, leverage, star wars (just the movies tho), bob's burgers, white collar, stargate, more i can't think of right now because it's late and the past few days have included way too many episodes of doctor who and the crown - oh, doctor who, i guess that counts - and i wish i knew who else watched peaky blinders because i mainlined it recently and would like to get cillian murphy out of my head. i'm also the world's slowest cross stitcher, but i don't know if that counts as a fandom.
i also read a bunch of comics, altho i've fallen way behind since my local comic shop is closed to browsers and even tho they'll deliver your comics to you by bike, i keep forgetting to call. >.< it's been so long i don't know if saga is back from hiatus. i miss my lcs - i had some really fun and weird conversations with other shoppers, and the guy who owns the place is really cool.
(i ate the cheese. it's never too late for cheese. :D )
