i sat outside to eat lunch today - on the front porch, in the shade - and i may have made a tactical error. it's STILL HOT. *ghaaasp*
so i found out what's wrong with my car, and it's not the starter, it's not the tcm computer, it's the clutch fork. (one of them. apparently there are two.) in order to fix it the garage has to take the transmission apart. when it was just the tcm computer, which is under warranty, repairs would be $200+. this is... more than that. a lot more than that. this is why i have a savings account, but jesus, not what i wanted to spend it on.
i may have to watch the old guard again to cheer myself up. i mean, what's more happifying than people trying to kill each other for two hours? :D but also, you know, immortal battle husbands. (i've fallen into a tumblr hole and i can't get up. >.< )
