happy birthday
no_detective! i think i'm a day late. i hope it was as celebratory as it could be in this time of craziness.
dancing boys: *dip*
i had memorial day off and spent the entire day sitting on my ass on the couch watching tv. (well, it's not like i could really go anywhere.) there was a law & order marathon (all flavors) with assorted famous people as guest stars, so of course i had to watch sebastian stan's episode. he's traumatized and brainwashed and angsty and cries a lot. it's like the casting director just knew. such a babyface, too. i also finished altered carbon and am not sure how i feel about it, altho i started s2, so at least i'm still watching. but also, simone missick and anthony mackie, and it's hard to turn them down.
did something happen yesterday? i don't remember. it's now nice enough to sit outside for lunch. sooo nice.
today i spent some quality time editing captions on youtube videos. it's kind of tedious and kind of nitpicky and i felt very accomplished when i was done. it's a project i think i'm enjoying, and mostly it's an actual project.
we can possibly see
the birth of a planet. it was observed from the very large telescope (that's what it's called) (i think that's so cute) in chile. how cool is that, that we can (theoretically, and from a very great distance) watch a planet being born?
