another day, another doug
i just had a whole post about thor: ragnarok and accidentally closed the window and lost it. >.< there's no way i'm going to reconstruct the post so i'll just say it was pretty much exactly as crazy and ott as advertised, and it was fun and i enjoyed it but i didn't love it as much as i expected to.

i saw it with my sister today and then went to curling where we won! altho i missed some shots at the end of the game. >.< and yesterday i hung out with tamalinn and her tiny dog (it was such a nice day i didn't want to be out in it by myself) and got my comics and worked on my nanonovel and had chinese takeout at like ten at night. friday i got my nano care package from my swap partner, which was full of really fun things (including extra bubble wrap for "creative fidgeting"), and i mailed hers yesterday and i hope she likes it. god knows there's enough chocolate in it.

chinese guy goes to switzerland on vacation. hotel has very expensive vintage scotch. he buys a shot. scotch turns out to be fake. swiss hotel reimburses him. he's just amused.
