work is making me stressed!
so you know how we're doing end of year reviews at work? in addition to those, we also have to do what are called performance spotlights, which you're supposed to initiate before a project and then finish after the project. we need three for the end of the year. i have to find three people to do like mini-reviews of my work in three different quarters, and it's stressing me out. our fiscal year started last august! i don't know why they switched to this system, but it isn't saving any time and isn't making things easier. ugh, stress. >.< why is this hard??
on the other hand, watching a lightning storm move across the us is pretty cool.
who's watching izombie? who thinks blaine is really dead? i don't, personally, but mostly because i don't know why they'd kill him off. has he outlived his usefulness as a villain/antagonist? at least the ptb broke up him and peyton. that relationship never made sense to me, even with blaine pretending to be a kinder, gentler former zombie.
liv and justin are super cute, but i wonder how much of her with him is really her on zombie brain, and not really her after all. (other than the scene of the two of them in the zombie bar, liv on nursery teacher brain is annoying as hell.) justin and major are also super cute. "he wants my permission to court you." aww.
