gishwhes in my corner of the world:

(the greatest internet scavenger hunt the world has ever seen, for them what might not be familiar. altho considering how thoroughly the reposting of my little bobby singer pony and my little nathan fillion pony pics took over my twitter feed, i kind of expect everyone to know what it is by now.) (also, it's over for 2015.)

unrelatedly, there's some interesting public art in downtown boston.

i have no idea what that's supposed to be, aside from god's own mosquito netting. imagine the size of the mosquitos you'd be trying to keep out.

eighty-five-year-old woman climbs mt kilimanjaro, possibly becomes the oldest person to do so. it was on her bucket list.

there was a secret bookstore in new york that's now closed. "secret" as in "the owner illegally set it up in his apartment". i kinda wish i'd heard about it in time to work it into my bigbang somehow, altho even if i didn't, what a cool place it was.

gishwhes, star wars, moose and mayhem, historical clothes, stephen colbert, bookstores, bahstin, little old ladies are the best, jon stewart
