i learned today that this is the last season of being human! (the syfy show with the vampires and the werewolves and the ghosts that's supposed to be set in boston but actually looks more like montreal, not the show with the cop and the robot that fox in its infinite wisdom keeps showing out of order.) i just got into it! i'm all bummed! i think it's a ptb creative decision, not a studio decision, but still, bummed!

sigh.

in more cheerful news - well, more cheerful for me - i met gnomi for lunch today and after a great deal of tangenting and entertaining babble she gave me an idea for a thing i'm stuck on with my bigbang. (i asked for her help.) so that was good. i still have no idea what the timeline is for the fic, but i have two months to figure it out. i'm not panicking yet.
