i had a thought about haven that i want to share. so duke's legacy is that if he kills a troubled person, that ends the trouble in their family. and he also has the absorbing-troubled-blood-and-hulking-out thing. what happens if he has to kill wade? will that remove the silver-eyes-and-super-strength trouble from the crocker bloodline? not that i think that will happen, because duke isn't really that guy, but considering wade now seems to be very much a bad guy and also, hey, he murdered jordan, i guess it's a possibility. and i'm kind of curious. altho we don't know if wade also has the kill-a-troubled-person-end-the-trouble power, so duke might still be stuck with that.
and grimm has gotten off to a bang-up start. and i mean that in a good way.
during a lull at work today i found THE CUTEST felt dolls on deviantart. let's start with morticia and gomez (and thing) (who would've guessed that the addams family could be so cuddly) and move on to henry viii and his vi six wives (plus executioner!) and, er, bdsm gear. so kinky and felty! there's also judith with holofernes' head, freddie mercury, and two anne boleyns - zombie anne and beheaded anne. oh, and henry viii's codpiece. hee. the woman who makes them is actually on lj - deriana.
unrelatedly, a woman in virginia rode her horse to the dmv because they suspended her license and she couldn't get it un-suspended. unsurprisingly, they straightened out all the paperwork. apparently the way to get anything done at the dmv is to arrive on horseback.
