happy (late >.< ) birthday to gestaltrose, whose kids can apparently joke about her age without courting death. *cough* (and she's still younger than i am!) and who is also one of the nicest, kindest people. it's never too late for celebratory cake. :D

i'm sure there was something else i wanted to say but i can't remember what it was. haven't seen the hunger games yet, am going to stop reading about it and people's reactions to it (and other people's reactions to those reactions) because i've already been spoiled for something and don't want to be spoiled for anything else. don't anyone tell me what happens!
