i would've gotten to the store if i'd left the house before three...

today was astonishingly, unseasonably springy (ie, 74º), so i went for a walk and saw a lot of dogs and small children (exemplified by the two little boys petting the most patient golden retriever ever) and had ice cream for lunch, and eventually i went to curling and was kind of weirded out by the fact that we were playing an ice sport in the middle of spring, and we lost by enough that we called it quits early. i made a couple of good shots but otherwise kind of sucked.

i did not however make it to the grocery store or write any more of my bigbang.

...i don't actually feel like i have a lot to say, not now and not recently. have some links in lieu of interesting post:

adaptive reuse - buildings made from non-traditional building materials. there are a lot of cargo container houses, but also a converted water tower and a monastery made from a million colored glass bottles.

wonder women at wondercon - a dad and his daughter, both dressed as wonder woman. there are few things cuter than little kids in superhero costumes, but dads dressed as wonder woman to match their daughters are right up there.

led dress - it's a nice-looking dress anyway, but the led means you can program designs all over it. super cool.

a shit-ton of decorative hearses - just what it says. if anyone can read russian, could you translate the post for me?

cute child sighting, doggie love, ovecome by sun, technofashion, superheroes, cars, architectural nifty
