cute sighting of the day: a little boy wearing an iron man hoodie and a red sox hat, sitting on the t with his dad (who was also wearing a red sox hat and also a red sox t-shirt), probably going home after the game. he was SO FUCKING CUTE OMG. they both were, actually.
kinda hot sighting of the day: an older guy in military dress (army? air force? which dress uniform is black with a white stripe?) - pants, jacket, hat, and MEDALS - in harvard square. i've never seen a military guy in person with his medals on his chest. pretty cool.
freak-out-inducing sighting of the day: a spider ON MY KITCHEN CEILING. THE CEILING, PEOPLE. i had to wait until he decided he didn't want to be on the ceiling any more and spun a little silk to get himself down before i could trap him with plastic cups and take him outside. HE WAS ON MY CEILING AND I KIND OF SHRIEKED. TWICE.
i have however made passover rolls and eaten one to make sure they were fit (they are) and now i'm going to order chinese food because i won't be able to eat it for eight days and then i will watch the burn notice movie (i don't get hbo and thus can't watch a game of thrones) and then the killing and i will google pics of cars and all will be well.
