my internet went down (AGAIN) and in the length of time it took for me to call comcast and complain and wait for them to reset the modem, i think i missed a couple things, but i also still think i know basically what's going on. tom skerrit's lookin' kinda old, but i don't actually mean that in a negative way, since he IS old.
