i'm pretty sure everyone reading this knows by now that proposition 8 was ruled unconstitutional, thus (re-)paving the way for same-sex marriage in california, but i just want to add that one of my favorite things about this - aside from the fact that it calls out the pro-prop 8 people for being a fairly hateful bunch - is that the ruling judge is a reagan-appointed republican.

suck it, conservatives. one of your own just affirmed the right of gay californians to marry like every straight person in this country.
