i love your brain! i love the things you think about and how you present them to the world, and i love that you're making a living by your own rules, and i love your stories about the north country, even the ones about how petty and small-town the locals are.

I think you're SO WISE to skip this one, hon. Why subject yourself to an uncomfortable situation like that? (also, I agree with what one other friend said: come to MY house instead! I'll pretend we went to high school together and we can reminisce ALL DAY LONG!)

now i get to give you some love too! i love that you're still in love with your husband, and i love your stories about the things and little bit, and i love your love for the giant porn hands of texas the adorablecki, and i love your bounce and your glee and how happy the world is with you in it.

i love that you're a sane fangirl in crazy fandoms and i love how obvious you are about how much you love your family and sometimes i love your life even tho i think it would kill me, and i love that you're unapologetic about who you are and what you want.

~Must I indeed?

(Thank you for the podfic, Cindypants! You read extremely well - once I'd got used to the volume I was well digging it and your voice is so EVEN!)

you don't have to repost if you don't want to. maybe i should edit....

i love how your rants can be intelligent and articulate and spittingly angry at the same time, and 99.44% of the time your squee can be boiled down to capslocky flailing of the THIS PERSON/CREATURE/FIC/EVENT/PIECE OF ART IS AMAZING AND I LOVE IT AND YOU SHOULD ALL LOVE IT TOO. i love your inventive insults and your descriptions and photos of your assorted outings, i love the affectionate violence (and violent affection) in your writing, and i love that you're kind of crazy and a lot of fun to hang out with.

(too much volume or too little? i'm still figuring out how to set the input and output controls on audacity and have them stick. >.< i'm glad you like it, tho. i shall read more! and ideally figure out what was wrong with my microphone and fix it!) (i've been using the microphone on my laptop, which works fine but is kind of physically awkward.)

Fixed that for you. ;)

(too little - there's a function on audacity that you might want to try - CRTL + A to select the whole track, then go to "effects" and "Amplify". Drag the amplification up a bit, check the box that asks if you want to allow clipping, and you're set. The other thing you can do is to mess about with the gain - that's the little volume control - + thing on the left hand side of the track itself, while you have it all selected after recording. That helps. And YAY MORE PODFIC!)

Meeeee!

(though I can't promise on the "posting to my LJ" part of the whole thing, so if that disqualifies me, never mind.)

yoooouuuu! :D i love your nerdery and your knittery and the fact that if i or anyone else i know has a question about judaism, you'll know the answer. i love that you're geeky and silly and smart and dedicated and punny, and i love that all your polls have "narf!" as an option.
