i think of all the (ok, few) episodes of gilmore girls that i've seen, the only one i could stand to watch again is the one where rory takes dean to the chilton dance, and he and tristan get all up in each others' faces (because testosterone-driven tough guys are so cute when they're sixteen and skinny), and then he and rory fall asleep on each other in miss patty's studio. but the one where he gives her the car? there's too much sad!richard at the end. :( except i really really really love that one exchange. socute.
y'know, i like stargate and i still watch the reruns, but sg1's tendency to go to another planet, encounter a different civilization, and tell the locals that they're doing it wrong gets really annoying really fast. not every world you go to is going to share all of your values, guys, and it's a little presumptuous to go to some other planet and demand the locals change their entire way of life just because they happen to do something in a way you don't agree with.
i have to do my laundry but i'm starving and i really desperately want to go out to eat. who wants to meet me for dinner? :D
