wednesday grab-bag
the bookstore across the street from the office has 2008 calendars for half price. it seems a little early - usually they wait until the new year - but i'm not complaining. so i now finally have a 2008 calendar, with vintage black and white photos of paris. also i want this one which is adorable.
this bag is really cute, as is this one. not that i need - or even really want - a tote bag, but still. cuteness.
yesterday for jewish girl's christmas i saw the golden compass with my sister, my cousin, and tamalinn. good movie, really enjoyed it, wish there had been slightly more daniel craig. it looks fabulous, too - the set design and costumes and the effects and the animals and everything. two thumbs up. (i never read the book, if that makes any difference.)
how do you ask someone if they're over you, if they're done with you as a friend? how do you find out how they really feel about you?
