Summary:
They risked their lives to save him. Now, to save them, he has to risk everything else. Bonds are tested and the stakes are raised.

PART TWO RECAP
Part Two starts off where part one left off, with the appearance of the ailing Hayato, Miyano Sakura's younger brother who was presumed dead as a younger child due to leukemia.
As Miyano deals with the shock and despair of reuniting with her brother only to be loosing him, Ryosuke comes face to face with a man who introduces himself as Dr. Kawashima.
Kawashima reveals to Ryosuke that a blood transfusion is neccesary to save the boy's life and the only one who has the right blood type is Ryosuke himself. Held back by his distrust for medical persons, Ryosuke is hesitant but Kawashima renders him unconscious and carries on with his plan by force.
The mysterious professor hints to Alice that Ryosuke's blood has the ability to save Hayato's life.
As the rest of the boys start off on their way homes, Daiki and Yuto come to realize Ryosuke's absence and set off on a search for him within the hospital premises with the aid of Daiki's telepathic connection with Ryosuke. In the meantime, Kota and Sakura, who had briefly touched the latter's house and met with both Sakura's mother and childhood best friend Aoi Keisuke, come to know about Ryosuke's dissapearance from Daiki. They set off for the hospital immediately and upon arrival discover that a 'miracle worker' had cured Sakura's brother completely.
However, as Sakura comes to know about this man's identity, she is struck with horror and upon questioning by Kota reveals to him the true identity of this man, Dr Kawashima, as being the doctor in charge of Ryosuke's project.
Daiki and Yuto's search is interrupted by Alice and Suzuka, two members of Organization Quicksilver and the four engage in battle with the girls proving the victors. Not long after the girls leave the two boys injured do Sakura and Kota find them and upon recovering the four set off on the search again.
Kawashima is knocked uncocnious by an awakened Ryosuke who then proceeds to place the blame and feelings of mistrust upon Miyano Sakura. Later on, the man gets arrested for kidnap.
As the days pass, Ryosuke finds himself growing closer to his kouhai, Tanaka Jun as he helps the boy cope with his dyslexia. As Jun starts to get more involved with the group, his father,
Detective Tanaka takes it as an oppurtunity to unofficially keep an eye on the boys that have caught his attention ever since the incident involving Yuto. Meanwhile, Sakura and Kota meet up at a park where Sakura reveals to Kota her findings on the organization. She suspects the man behind the organization to be Hiro Ishikawa, her father's partner in research since he was
the one that got her involved in the project after her father's death. At that moment, they two make a discovery as Kota's body begins to transform and Sakura deduces that there powers are evolving.
Ryosuke is confronted by Hiro Ishikawa himself who tells him that Ryosuke's abilities will drive his friends away from him.
The boys then decide to get an apartment together so they could learn and hone their powers in secret and by Sakura's help find one. Shintaro gives the group a strange looking plant as a courtesy gift for their new home. He then reveals to them that the other reason was a dream he got that showed him his brother in trouble.
A new member of the organization, lures Ryosuke into a confrontation by kidnapping and fatally injuring Jun. The member, Silver tells him that the rest of his friends will suffer the same fate if he did not abandon his current life and join the organization. As Silver leaves, Sakura, who had been hiding nearby all along rushes to Jun's aid and attempts to heal him, but only manages to stabilize for the time being. She then promises Ryosuke that she will protect the group since all of it was her fault to begin with.
Back in their shared apartment, Kota is curious about Ryosuke's obvious depression but the group is distracted by the strange behaviour of the plant Shintaro had gifted to them and upon the boy's arrival of the younger boy they discover that the plant is actually a special lab-designed breed with abilities of its own.
Part Two ends with a struggle between Ryosuke, Aoi Keisuke who he had met by a chance in a convinience store and two thugs who had robbed the said store. The struggle takes place on a deserted bridge and ends with Ryosuke getting shot. Back in the apartment, Daiki experience a strange effect.
