It's totally okay, don't worry, because I've done the same thing when it comes to prompts I've posted on kink memes before. I'm very pleased that you like it, actually.

You're not entirely off-base with reading that she's hiding behind her anger because in her mind, Mark and the lawyers (even Gretchen) don't deserve to see that she actually hurts because she's rehashing her life (and more importantly the relationship that she had with Mark) and the emotions she felt when he pushed her out of what was supposed to be their company. And the pregnancy itself is far enough along for her realize that she's stuck with it so it's just a constant thing of staying busy with the deposition and hiding it so she doesn't have to acknowledge that her life sucks and that she's suing the guy she loved/loves and that she's pregnant with his kid.

She's halfway detached, because it's a reminder that she still cares about him, which makes the deposition even worse. But amusingly enough, that's exactly my thoughts on her and when she'll actually be somewhat happy and excited about it, but for now it's like a storm cloud hanging over her head because she doesn't want to tell the people who should know about it.

And I'm very happy that you like those, because I did it kind of on accident in the second part, but I kind of realized that it's actually kind of useful because I want everyone to kind of understand the motivations for her actions a little better.

And trying to be subtle about what Mark is seeing is hard, because I don't want to be obvious things, but at the same time, he needs the clues. Though, I kind of am specifically making them small things, because I really think he notices more than he lets on.
