Ed O'Neill?) looking like Donald Sutherland steps out of the shadows and delivers Clift to
Burr. Burr was hobbling around in this movie before he was stuck looking out a
window or up to
courtroom shenanigans that taught Matlock how it was done.
Not a bad movie - see it for its time capsule of 1951 cultural strata, see it for the love story turned sinister. Also, there are inexplicable ferns at the end of the movie. If you see it and can explain them, that'd be nice, too.
