So I put my laptop in to get fixed by the computer tech support guys at Future Shop (Canada's equivalent to Best Buy etc).  I got a call Monday morning saying that after their assessment it was determined my hard drive was kaput, dead, nadda T____T  .... he then precedes to tell me what they can do and how much it will cost.  I ask if they can save ( Read more... )
