Notes:
at_splicken calls it her Headcanon Hotel,
trilies calls it her Headmansion, I call it Muse Towers. That place in your head where all the little characters live and interact and tell you what to do. It is cracky, it is AU, it breaks the fourth wall 80% of the time, and if you try and take it as a serious reflection of my writing ability, I will laugh at you. Because it really isn't. xD
No one else is going to write the stuff that goes on up there except me, and I only live once. You can all add me to your vendetta list now. For... writing what's in my head. OR SOMETHING OKAY. GEEZE I DON'T KNOW. STOP STARING AT ME LIKE THAT.
And yes, Zexion speaks in hyperlink at one point there. Because he's Zexion and thus that badass.
Yeaaaah, let's break the fourth wall.
This is What Goes on in My Head Sometimes
“Zexion, has anyone ever told you that you are an attractive man?”
“You’re not getting in my pants, Xigbar,” Zexion proclaimed, turning a page of his book.
“Nrrgjr!” Xigbar said, doing something that resembled flailing in his lounge chair.
“Yes. Nrrgjr,” Zexion agreed.
“Why not?”
“Because,” the Schemer spread his arms and indicated the entire room in which they were both sitting. “This is Tuna’s mind. Emma’s. Whichever you prefer.”
“So? She’s thought about slash before. Axel/Saïx, Vexen/Demyx, Me/Luxord, Me/You...”
“She’s thought it, but I’m nearly positive it won’t happen unless she’s in a mood for
taking requests. And you know how those writing muses of hers like throwing her... ‘het’ couples anyway. It makes her happy.
“And on the subject of myself, well... As long as I’m in this mind, Xigbar,” Zexion grinned darkly, “I’m not interested in sex at all.”
The Freeshooter scowled. “Bitch.”
“And neither is Vexen,” Zexion practically hummed as he got up and left the Muse Towers Lounge B, set on looking for Lexaeus. He paused in the doorway and looked back at his teammate over his shoulder. “At least, not yet.”
“Was that tone supposed to be flirtatious?” Xigbar asked.
“I don’t think so,” Zexion shrugged. “Emma didn’t give my tone a descriptor.” And with that, he left.
Xigbar blinked after him. Then he raised his arms and gave the attentive audience jazz hands. “Sudden ending~!” he sang.
